Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with aqsaperfumes.com (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes our policy for cancellations and refunds for purchases made through our eCommerce website aqsaperfumes.com (referred to as the “Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Order Cancellations

a. Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your cancellation request, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or is not in the process of being prepared for shipment.

b. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy (Section 2) for further instructions.

Return and Refund Policy

a. Returns Eligibility:

Attar and Perfumes (or any fragrance product listed on the Website) are non-returnable products. To avoid any situation where you don’t like the product after purchase, we are already providing samples / testers for almost all the products for very minimal cost (3ml for Attar and 10ml for Perfume). In case you don’t find this minimum quantity (samples/testers) for any product on the Website please contact us to know the availability. Returns / replacement will only be accepted if you have received a damaged or defective product as per below.

b. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will require you to provide clear video of the unpacking, photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect.

We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product(s) to us.

c. Return Conditions:

Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

d. Return Process:

Contact us to initiate a return request. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us at your expense. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund. Items which are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

e. Refund Process:

We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. 

f. Non-Refundable Items:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
