This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes our shipping and delivery practices for purchases made through our eCommerce website aqsaperfumes.com (referred to as the “Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Order Processing

a. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

b. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our typical processing time is 1-7 of business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are any significant delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods and Rates

a. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your order. The available shipping methods and their associated rates are displayed below.

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged for all orders, regardless of the basket value.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • A convenience fee of ₹50 will be applicable for all orders placed using Cash on Delivery.
      Note: The COD convenience fee is in addition to the standard shipping fee.
    • The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is ₹1000.
    • To ensure a smooth transaction process, a 25% prepayment is required for all Cash on Delivery orders. This prepayment will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining 75% can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
    • Note: We have recently disabled the Cash on Delivery (COD) option from our checkout page due to logistical and operational improvements. As a result, any information related to COD on this page is no longer applicable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to enhance our services.
  3. Special Situations:
    • In certain cases, based on shipping courier restrictions or other factors, additional charges may apply for the delivery of your order. We will notify you promptly if any extra charges are applicable, and you will have the option to proceed with the order or make necessary adjustments.

b. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to international regulations or carrier policies. We will notify you during the checkout process if any restrictions apply to your selected products.
Note: Currently we do not offer International Shipping.

Shipping Destinations

a. Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

b. International Shipping: We may offer international shipping to select countries. If international shipping is available for your location, the applicable shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply to international shipments, and it is your responsibility to comply with any applicable import regulations and pay any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

a. Domestic Delivery: The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

b. International Delivery: The estimated delivery time for international orders will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country. Please note that customs processing times may also affect delivery times for international shipments.

Order Tracking

a. Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Delivery

a. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the specified shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery attempt notice may be left, and you may need to arrange for re-delivery or pickup based on the instructions provided by the shipping carrier. In the event that an order is marked as RTO due to reasons such as customer unavailability, door closed, failed reattempt, denial of delivery, incorrect address, or other relevant issues, the delivery charges, including RTO charges, will be deducted from the prepaid amount paid by the customer while placing the order.

b. Signature Requirement: For certain orders or high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery. This ensures the secure receipt of your package and helps prevent unauthorized deliveries.

c. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order or have concerns about the delivery status, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Shipping Charges and Fees

a. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, dimensions, and the destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

b. Additional Fees: Customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

COD Orders

If a COD order is cancelled due to reasons such as the unavailability of the customer to receive the package, customer denial of delivery, incorrect address or other relevant information provided during order placement, closed door/premise/office, or unsuccessful re-attempt for delivery, resulting in the order being marked as RTO, we will not process further COD orders for the same customer. Additionally, the delivery charges, including RTO charges, will be deducted from the 25% prepayment amount initially paid by the customer when placing the COD order.
